CERTIFICATIONS & MEMBERSHIPS

Our facility holds a BRC Global Standard for Food Safety certification, which can only be achieved by a select few in the industry. To maintain our food safety and quality standards we have in-house fumigation for conventional walnuts, an in-house laboratory for microbiological testing, and now offer an in-house validated 5-Log Kill-Step treatment via dry saturated steam. 

We are certified Kosher for Passover.

We are certified Halah by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council of America (IFANCA).

We are certified organic with California Certified Organic Farmers (CCOF).
