Our facility holds a BRC Global Standard for Food Safety certification, which can only be achieved by a select few in the industry. To maintain our food safety and quality standards we have in-house fumigation for conventional walnuts, an in-house laboratory for microbiological testing, and now offer an in-house validated 5-Log Kill-Step treatment via dry saturated steam.
We are certified Kosher for Passover.
